The high stocking density of shrimp/fish, application of artificial feed and chemicals contributes to the deterioration of water quality, accumulation of organic matter and destabilization of microbial processes in aquaculture ponds. This problem may aggravate with increasing days of culture and results in the release of toxic gases from pond bottom, high biological oxygen demand, and proliferation of pathogens, disease outbreaks and finally the loss of crop.

Sehat Sol is a scientifically tailored consortium of bacteria (Bacillus megaterium, B. cereus and Marinobacter sp.), isolated from marine environment, and a soup of hydrolytic enzymes (protease, lipase, chitinase, laminarinase, and phosphatase). Application of Sehat Sol will improve the remineralization of organic matter accumulated in the pond bottom during the cultivation of shrimp/fish. The nutrients released on remineralization of organic matter leads to the enhanced production of phytoplankton, which would serve as an ideal food for improving the growth and disease resistance of shrimp/fish. Regular application of Sehat Sol prevents the growth of macroalgal weeds in aquaculture ponds, stabilize the pond bottom and reduce the proliferation of opportunistic pathogens.

Microorganisms (Marinobacter sp., Bacillus sp., etc and Multiple enzymes (Amylase, Protease, Pectinase, Xylanase, Inulinase, Lipase, Phosphatase, laminarinase and Chitinase)

Usage

Step 1: Take 10L pond water, boil and cool.

Step 2: Add Probiotic booster* and mix well

Step 3: Add Sehat Sol (500ml) to the above mixture

Step 4: Incubate overnight (12-16hrs) with intermittent stirring

Step 4: Dilute the above mixture to 100L and spread over pond uniformly. The content (500 ml) of this bottle may be sufficient for up to 1 hectare of pond area.
